Sourced from Trovato Vineyard in Oregon, this wine is a rare expression of Chardonnay from a remote, steeply sloped site tucked beside a pine-tree forest. The cooler climate gives the wine a distinctly elegant identity, with brightness and linear acidity that set it apart from the more generous expressions often associated with the Okanagan.

Winemaker Notes
Very distinctive, the juice was filled directly from the press into barrel, moving from early, fresher fractions into heavier press portions, all wild-fermented. The result is meaningful variation across just ten barrels, balancing bright, acid-driven components with more textured, layered lots.
