Our recently released 2022 Fool's Mate Chardonnay is crafted from four distinct South Okanagan vineyards, layered together to express the character and complexity of our estate.
The 2022 vintage stands as one of the finest growing seasons in the history of Okanagan Valley winegrowing, yielding fruit of exceptional balance and concentration. Wild fermentation and aging in French oak barrique and foudre preserve the purity of this remarkable vintage. Complex aromas of citrus, apricot, and almond unfurl across a seamless, silky palate, offering a true expression of an exceptional vintage.
