"Elegant and beautifully balanced, this seems substantial but graceful at the same time, handling its new wood reasonably well. It has perhaps the most sensual texture of the group. As it evolved, it became fresher and brighter—a lot more fun to drink. The refined presentation makes this good to drink on its own or with food, but it certainly has the stuffing for a food pairing. This is a little understated, but it steadily grew on me as it aired out and warmed up."
