2020 Black Rook Merlot

The low vigour, sandy soils of the Black Sage Bench provide intense fruit and aniseed flavors from sites tucked into the foothills of the Okanagan Highland.

Aromas of violet, aniseed, blueberry and dark chocolate. The palate is lively yet opulent with sweet ripe cherry, blackberry, roasted coffee, sweet spice and structured tannins coating the mouth.

Fermentation: 100% wild fermentation & extended skin contact

Maturation: French oak (100% new); 21 months in oak

Crafted: 12 Barrels

2021 Attack Chardonnay

An expression of our dynamic terroir through the lens of a unique winemaking vessel. This wine is a blend of several vineyard sites fermented as one in a large oak cask.

An alluring nose of freshly sliced peach combined with honeydew melon and toasted fennel seeds. The palate is structured and fresh with flavours of mandarin orange, Asian pear, and salt water. This wine has a mouthwatering finish.

Clonal Selection: Dijon 76, Dekleva, Combret, Old Wente

Maturation: Foudre (50% new); 16 months in oak

Crafted: 2 Foudres
